We have a new ice cream place up on the hill! They popped up about June 1st right beside the Alamo. I had a moment to sit down with Terrie Scherer the owner of Snow’s Ice Cream and Crepery this past Sunday to find out a little bit more about this new spot.
Terrie has lived in Church Hill since 1994. When asked about her inspiration for Snow’s she told me that she Worked at her aunt and uncle’s ice cream stand when she was young. In addition, she said the hot summers here in Richmond make an affordable ice cream stand a given.
Drop by if you’re in the neighborhood and looking for a treat. In addition to Terrie, you might also find James there. James not only helps Terrie with the stand but also helps with her social media pages and online presence.
The Menu Includes:
Ice Cream, Sundaes, Milkshakes, Doggy Sundaes, Sweet Crepes, specialty ice creams (lactose free, gluten free cones, dairy free, no sugar added).

Hours:
Mon, Wed, Thur – 5p to 9:30p
Tuesday – Closed
Friday – 5p to 10:00p
Sat & Sun – 4p to 10p
Location:
Right beside The Alamo.
Definitely stop in and check it out.
You can also find them on Facebook!

Eh, hopefully the flies don’t get to it.
“Oh, say can you see…?” a frozen treat (or crepe) at Snow’s today?
We’ll be open from 5pm-10pm. And, offering 25% off our ‘Birthday Cake’ Ice Cream ? in recognition of our nation’s special day. Please stop by after the fireworks ? at Rockett’s Landing…viewed from our Libby Hill Park here right here in Church Hill.
Sorry folks! We’re opening at 3pm, not 5!
Is your ice cream made fresh or do you sell another brands flavors?

We do not make our own Ice Cream, so we try to get the finest on the market.
