East End Cemetery – Come and Learn

If you followed CHPN or been in Richmond for a while you’ve probably heard of the East End Cemetery clean up efforts. Have you ever wondered what’s going on with the cleanup? What are they doing out there and why is it so important? There is an event coming up at the Robinson Theatre on April 27th at 5:30p. Come join the University of Richmond, Virginia Commonwealth University, and the Friends of East End to learn more about Richmond’s East End Cemetery and its ongoing restoration. Volunteers will offer an update on the cleanup effort, and students and faculty will share their research and reflections from the past year. You can learn more about the East End Cemetery cleanup on their East End Cemetery Facebook page here. Click here to download the flyer!
