Man shot by police at Krispies Fried Chicken (1988)

Black and white photograph of the parking lot of Krispies Fried Chicken at 1625 E. Williamsburg Road in the east end of Richmond; Robert O. Fleming was shot by a Richmond Police officer after a struggle; Fleming had been jumping on top of a car before attacking the officer; image shows the restaurant in the background with the car and a blood stain in the parking lot.

As his daughter, this is disturbing. I don’t recall anyone,
reaching out to the family, but you are posting very sensitive pictures. If you wanna do something help bring justice for his family?
