Actually, my refrigerator’s ice maker has been acting up for sometime now. Is there a chance any of these guys are still around?

I still remember as a kid going to ice houses to get bagged ice before it was sold at gas stations. Went to Coca-Cola bottling plants as well to pick up wooden crates of those heavy green glass bottled Coke.

There was a need before people could afford to switch to electric refrigerators in the 1930s. A lot of things were “delivered” to your house back then.
