- 425 N. 25th Street – Construct new mixed-use building
- 916 N. 25th Street – Replace front porch and stair railing and replace windows
- 323 N. 27th Street – Modifications to the front and rear porches
- 608 N. 27th Street – Construct a new single-family house
- 2100-2102 M Street – Construct a new single-family house
- 414 N. 28th Street – Replace three windows at rear of the house
- 2913 E. Marshall Street – Restore fenestration, stucco facade, and construct rear balcony
- 2115 M Street – Construct an addition at rear of home and rehab existing chimney
- 2325 Venable Street – Construct new mixed-use building

This has got to be the largest investment in Venable St ever. Rumor has it that a well-known and loved entity will fill the commercial space 🙂

Johannas’s buildings still look cheap and oversized IMO but now that he’s no longer on CAR, it’s at least a fair review. This is also one of the few times I’ve seen his work be an improvement on what was there before.
