This is the first school that I attended as a child in the 50’s. It was great seeing a picture of it and viewing this picture has brought back pleasant memories.
My grandfather was the principal of this school. His name was Leon D. Harding. I am trying to narrow down the years he was there. Mr. Davis does that name sound familiar? I believe it was either the 50s or 60’s before it was demolished.
Yes, Mr. Harding was my principal. He was the principal when the school was demolished. He came in 1960.
I am trying to determine whether Mr. John Lindsey Nixon was principal of this school from 1933 to 1959. Thanks.
My dad, aunt, and uncle went to this school in the 50’s. Anyone know where I can get any other photos?
