A big tent is upside down and lying on some cars down by the LaserQuest. Some people didn’t look too amused.

My neighbors roof blew apart yesterday. We came home to discover that parts were laying everywhere.

On Saturday a huge tree uprooted and fell across R St., took out a power line, and landed 2 feet from our house. It is still lying in the street and blocking a major bus line. About an hour after it happened, I was outside examining the damage and another huge tree came down about 100 yards from me and crushed part of the fence and the plastic shed of the Boys and Girls Club.

Also, have you seen the roof of the ABC Liquor store on Venable and 25th? The tin roof is rolled up like a fruit roll-up.

A very large chunk of poison ivy fell off the tree in our front yard (along w/several large branches from other trees). We’re very excited because we’ve been waiting for the darned vine to die all winter and now there is one less chunk to worry about.
