Richmond Police Dept. restructured
Citing a desire for a “full focus on narcotics in the precincts as well as focus on violent crime in those drug areas”, Richmond Police Chief Rodney Monroe restructured some of the department. Of note for the area, Sector 111 Lt. Michael Snawder will move to training, Lt. Jack King will be coming to the 1st Precinct, and Sector 313 Lt. Cindy Riley was assigned to community-assisted policing. [via]
