| The City of Richmond Department of Parks, Recreation, and Community Facilities is planning to make improvements to the Powhatan Hill Community Center that include the following: 1) An approximately 1,200 square foot addition to the existing building (a new multipurpose room) as well as renovations to the building for ADA compliance and interior finish upgrades. 2) Site improvements, including the following: updated basketball and tennis courts; new pickleball courts and a new skate park; and new sidewalks, landscaping, and other site amenities.
