Sam Patterson with the office of Representative Newbille (tentative)

Education Impact- Potential merger of elementary schools in our neighborhood

Local Business spotlight- Melissa with Pomona retail and cafe space

Neighborhood beautification through gardening and outdoor projects with Gwen Fitzgerald

311 – Learn how to get the most out of this important city service. Tina Haney with 311 will discuss non-emergency requests such as reporting needed road or alley repairs, requesting new trash cans, streetlights, traffic signals, or seeking assistance with tax inquiries and social services.

Development / Special Use Permits

Todd Dykshorn- discussing a project at 801-803 Mosby and Carrington to construct one mixed-use building and two, two-family, semi-attached residences

Zach Kennedy- 2007 Cedar Street development – The applicant has requested a Special Use (New) permit which would allow a five unit building with off street parking.

Joe Yates- discussing a project at 2211 Jefferson Avenue and E. Clay Street to construct a new three-story, mixed-use building

Lynn McAteer, VP of Planning & Evaluation with the Better Housing Coalition (BHC), will discuss projects on the 2200 block of Venable Street
