Stroops, the Dutch & Co spinoff under construction on Marshall Street in the old Cyclus location, has gone public with an application for a Wine and Beer On and Off Premises ABC license.
The take-out spot will offer hotdogs akin to the famous Saturday Backdoor Dogs, sodas & sides to go with ’em, and ice cream for afterward.

I see a “For Rent” sign in the former Str8 Outta Philly restaurant. I really miss those gigantic steak and cheese subs. I’m sure a lot of other people miss those subs as well. Hint, Hint to any entreprenuers.
