With the first layer of pavement and new brick sidewalks in place, the new Fairmount traffic circle appears to be on track for completion in July.

Finally! It looks like it is turning out great. But since the round about cuts out a lot of space does that eliminate the chances of the proposed Jim’s Market here? Also does anyone know if they are taking down the power these existing power lines?
So excited! I was heartbroken years back when they temporarily cancelled this due to the fact that it was tied to a couple of other traffic circles that individually were getting public backlash.
