Is this dog really old? I think I ran into him in lower Fulton once, near Gillies, and he was wearing a (shock?) collar with a tag. I called the number on the tag, and the lady said he gets lost sometimes. Then I heard a woman calling, and the dog immediately turned around and ran towards the voice. I wish I knew more, he was a nice dog. Good luck!
