Gretta, the good folks at PAP were kind enough to post that for me and, while your intuition is quite good , both assertions are actually true . The cocker is black,blonde and per the vet blind . I found her running circles in the intersection of 27th and Marshall at 6am . She is with Animal Control and it is my sincere hope that she is claimed soon .

I have a feeling the writer meant black and blonde (a mixed color), not black and blind 🙂
