I hope someone with intentions of actually fixing it up or using it buys it, way too many people buying vacant/dilapidated properties around here just to sit on them until the market comes back up.

I love your idea. With that in mind, I raise my bid to $100,000. There’s good money to be made in selling the malted beverages in this area and I think I can make a buck. I won’t need to worry about cleaning up the building and maintaining it and I sure can save by not having to worry about providing bathrooms. There’s plenty of fences here.
Now I just need all the busy-bodies here to let me get my license.
