… a young stray dog that my wife found near 19th and Broad. He is now in our backyard with water and food on 23rd St. Animal Control has not gotten back to us yet and we have left a VM on their emergency hotline.
Looks like a Shepherd/Pit/Ridgeback mutt mix. No collar. He was stopping in the middle of streets.

I just found this little guy, he has a black collar but no tags. He was sitting in the middle of the street at Marshall & 22nd, I almost hit him 🙁 Unfortunately my pups aren’t dog friendly so I wasn’t able to bring him home. I did move him to the sidewalk and left a message with animal control. He was super sweet and seemed happy minus the constant itching. I’m hoping someone knows his owner or wants to open their hearts to give him a new home.

I saw both dogs Sunday night in the alley behind 35th and M streets. I gave them food and water, but have dogs that aren’t other-dog friendly so I couldn’t keep them. I hope they find a forever home soon.
