Richmond Rides Bicycle Tours had a bike stolen outside of WPA Bakery on Saturday Feb 18th around 4:30 Pm. Reward offered. Please see picture attached. It is a Priority Black Women’s bike with a basket and heavily branded with Richmond Rides.
