You all ready for some yoga?

3S Yoga – New Yoga Studio Opening in Union Hill

A Message from Nadeya Ward, Owner of 3S Yoga

3S yoga couldn’t be happier to announce its grand opening on Sunday, January 19th. The morning will be kicked off with free yoga at Stone Brewing at 11am, followed by a $5 beer after class if that’s your style, then a reception and market at 3S yoga 2400-b Jefferson Ave from 1-5.

As a grand opening gift to the community to show our enthusiasm, appreciation and the awesome classes we are offering we will be giving everyone 2 free weeks of yoga– every class until Feb 1 is free!

Sign up at 3Syoga.com because free yoga tends to fill up fast. After that we are giving 30 days for $30 unlimited yoga for new clients.Once you see the effects and love what we have then you can join monthly or purchase packages. We look forward to meeting you all!

3S stands for strength, sweat, stretch so get ready!

We are offering strong vinyasa classes, some restorative/meditation classes called Recover and our signature 3S class is an interval training yoga inspired workout that is all set to timers. We can’t wait for you to try it all.

Welcome to your new yoga studio!
Love,
Nadeya Ward
Owner 3S Yoga

So are you excited neighbors? A new yoga studio opening in Union Hill. Now we have some more fitness options in our neighborhood, including RC Fit, Crossfit Prelude and all of the local groups that meet in Jefferson Park. Where do you go work out?

Do they offer any non-hot yoga classes?

Hey James, good question! I think looking at their website that we can’t assume it’s hot yoga. I’ll reach out and confirm.
