Transportation & Parking in Richmond will take a look at Richmond’s unfortunate history of disrupting historic sites and destroying African American burial grounds in favor of expanding transportation and parking insfrastructure, how this history impacts our modern-day approach to parking and what kind of parking plans we should be advocating for in the future.
