Big changes are afoot in Union Hill. Our awesome tenant Metzger Bar and Butchery is expanding into the space next door to offer private events. We have outgrown our offices and are moving to the former Boho space on E. Marshall. And we have just signed on an AMAZING new tenant for our Jefferson Ave rehab project to go next door to 3S Yoga (all opening beginning of 2020). More details soon!

Hello everyone! It’s been a long time and I just wanted to provide an update on the restaurant. The city has been making us work backwards ?, but we are hoping to have the plumbing and electrical inspections soon. Once that passes it should be time to rock and roll. Our team would like thank you all for your patience and support thus far. We cannot wait to be open and meet all the wonderful people in the neighborhood ??.

The Kitchen at Reynolds may no longer be a straight-up culinary school. Rumor mill says that the space will be the Mathematics department for J. Sargeant Reynolds. We will follow up with this tip. In the meantime, Style Magazine recently covered them in “Under Construction”
In April, the widely anticipated Market at 25th, a neighborhood grocery store, opened on North 25th Street at Nine Mile Road. It is a key ingredient in an innovative recipe for providing healthier food choices for North Church Hill residents while expanding the reach of the excellent culinary program at J. Sargeant Reynolds Community College. In addition to accommodating some 750 students, up from the current enrollment of 300, that Richmond is gaining an architecturally aggressive building in the process is icing on the cake. The four-story, skeletal, 20,000-square-foot culinary building will house teaching kitchens, a greenhouse and a demonstration kitchen in addition to a restaurant and 12 apartments.
