Not too early to get psyched: The 34th Annual Irish Festival

Vendor Info

All Vendors planning to attend, please contact us at stokesmccune@aol.com

We are requesting a $100 deposit for approved Vendor spaces. This is a change from previous years. We have saved spaces in years past and turned away other vendors, only to have folks not show up. This is not fair to our attendees, other vendors or the Event.

Thank you for your previous attendance, we think of you as part of us!

When: March 23 at 10 am – Mar 24 at 6 pm
Where: St Patrick’s Catholic Church 215 N 25th St

The space for this event needs to be expanded by a couple blocks. There are too many people and it’s difficult to navigate through the crowd.

If the police could actually watch the crowd this year and not play with phone that would be a bonus. At one point last year it was so absurd that three officers were standing together and each was staring into their phone.

Seriously…why not move this event to one of the many parks in Church Hill? I realize that consuming alcohol is prohibited in public parks but there are public streets that run through some of the parks that could be blocked for drinking. Why are major streets in the city blocked for this event?

Kay – I’ve been wondering that for years. I guess it is just convenience for the Church.

I don’t think it can be moved since the food is made in the kitchen in the basement of the Church.
