Richmond E-Cycle Day – Get Rid of Old Electronics!

The Department of Public Works is holding an E-Cycle day.

I know that I personally end up with a box of old electronics every year because it’s not safe to throw them in the trash. They contain toxic components that are not safe for the dump and result in groundwater pollution among other things.

This is the perfect time to clear out those old non-working cell phones, computers, TVs, etc.

Most items are accepted free of charge but some things will have a fee.

You can visit the Department of Public Works website for more info.

What: E-Cycle Day in Richmond
Where: 1710 Robin Hood Rd, Richmond, VA
When: October 20th, 2018 – 10a to 2p EST

Proof of Residency for the City of Richmond is REQUIRED.
