OMBD encourages those in the construction-related industry to attend. For more information, please contact LaQuiana Bailey at (804) 646-1875 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
One question we hear a lot in community meetings, when discussing new building projects, is who’s doing the work? Local business owners and our community have a vested interest in making sure that bidding processes for jobs are fair and consider local contractors. That’s why the Richmond Office of Minority Business Development is hosting a workshop to educate local contractors about how to bid on upcoming school improvement projects.
