Though the location is not quite on the East End this is an interesting opportunity for middle schoolers to learn about Virginia laws while encouraging them to become active citizens in their schools and communities. Campers are paired up with members of the Richmond Police Department and those in the Office of the Attorney General. WHEN: August 20-24 from 8 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. WHERE: Henderson Middle School BACKGROUND: The Richmond Police Department is partnering with the Office of the Attorney general to host the Virginia Rules Camp next month. Registration is free and open to the first 100 Richmond Public Schools middle school students who sign up through this Google Form.
