Bon Secours and the Sarah Garland Jones Center are hosting Jammin’ in July. With a casual feel “free to wear whatever you want” dress code, this promises to be a fun event for the community.
There will be free food and instructors present to lead salsa dancing. Dancing isn’t required but if you’d like to learn how to salsa this is your chance!

In other Sarah Garland Jones Center news, it seems as if the “Finding my Weigh” 10-week course was a success!
This week we celebrated these participants completing “Finding My Weigh” a 10 week nutrition education course led by one of our dietitians, Marisa (pictured above). . We are so proud of these participants, their consistency with the program, and the lifestyle changes they made that resulted in weight loss during this program!

The Relax, Relate, Release event on July 2nd also seemed pretty fun.
Here’s just a TINY glimpse into our Relax, Relate, Release event from Friday. . It was a beautiful evening of centering ourselves and taking care of our mental/emotional health AS A COMMUNITY through yoga, meditation, and reiki. . We are so thankful for everyone who partnered with us to make this night happen and run smoothly. Thank you Baresoul for leading the demonstrations, creating a safe space for people of all levels to do yoga, and bringing so many sweet volunteers. Thank you @easeem_ for setting the mood with music, @divinebydesignimage for the pictures, @cava, Northstar catering, @chefkeva, and chef coco for providing so many tasty food options.
