Traffic Alert: E Main St

WHO: City of Richmond Department of Public Works

WHAT: Street Closure

WHEN: The closure times are:
4 p.m. Thursday, July 12 through noon Friday, July 13

WHERE: East Main Street between 15th and 18th Streets

BACKGROUND: The area will be closed while CSX Railroad works to repair a section of the overhead trestle. Motorists and pedestrians are cautioned against walking beneath the overhead work zone in the event equipment or debris should fall. All parking lots in the vicinity will remain open.

At least they are working on it. I feel like all people do is complain about infrastructure in this city and then all they do is complain about road/utility/etc. work when it is happening. I realize this is for trains but still, would we rather them do nothing?
