Quarterly C.A.R. Meeting – July 10th

A reminder that the Commission of Architectural Review quarterly meeting is coming up on July 10th @ 6p EST. The currently published agenda doesn’t have much. However, if you have any concerns about projects in the neighborhood, questions, etc. this can be a good opportunity.

For those that don’t know CAR was established by City Council in 1957. They’re the city’s official historic preservation body and charged with reviewing all exterior changes to structures within the city’s Old and Historic Districts. They issue Certificates of Appropriateness for approved projects which is required in historic districts.
