Happy to announce – The first Gather for GRACE, pop up dinner in Richmond, VA. To promote & preview, Chef Jessica Wilson’s, heartfelt journey, through a creatively composed meal. Showcasing Richmond and the surrounding areas ingredients that she has locally sourced and foraged. This dinner is to highlight her progress to opening the doors at her anticipated restaurant, GRACE, in the neighborhood of Church Hill.

Come gather and celebrate together for aanearly summer dinner with, Chef Jessica Wilson, new friends, our hosts, David Crabtree & Sariann Lehrer At their lovely restaurant, The Broken Tulip , located in Carytown.

Boiled Tea Eggs / allium goat butter / river roe

Cress Broth / poached trout / golden sweet peas / farmers curd

Crispy Carrots / crushed nut pesto / honeycomb

Hot Potatoes / sorghum “Dukkah” / burnt salted pork fat

Pollen Pickled Strawberries / seared beef heart / marinated wild bitter greens

Beer Soaked Cherries / smoked yoghurt / nasturtium syrup / benne seed
