You must attend a mandatory Pre-Prosal Meeting on Tuesday June 5th, 2018 at 10 AM!

Due to the importance of all Offerors having a clear understanding of the services and requirements of this Solicitation, any firm interested in submitting a proposal to the City of Richmond must attend the mandatory PreProposal Conference. The mandatory Pre-Proposal Conference will be held on Tuesday, June 5, 2018 @ 10:00 a.m. Attendance is a prerequisite for Offerors in order to be considered for participation in this Solicitation process.
The location of the mandatory pre-proposal conference is:
City Hall, 900 East Broad Street, 5th Floor Conference Room, Richmond, VA 23219.

The purpose of the Mandatory Pre-Proposal Conference is to allow potential Offerors an opportunity to present questions and obtain clarification relative to any facet of this Solicitation. All Offerors representative should bring a copy of the Solicitation with them.
a) The registration (Sign-in) will start promptly at 9:30 a.m. Please bring and leave business cards. Any person not signed in by 10:00 a.m. shall not be considered in attendance and shall forfeit their ability to participate in the Solicitation. Leaving a business card does NOT substitute for signing the attendance/registration sheet.
b) The Mandatory Pre-Proposal Conference should last approximately one hour.
c) Attendance at the Mandatory Pre-Proposal Conference will be evidenced by the firm’s representative’s signature on the attendance roster. Proposals will only be accepted from those Offerors who are represented at the conference.
d) All pre-proposal questions to be acknowledged by the City must be submitted in writing to the assigned Contract Specialist for this Solicitation. All written questions will be answered. Any changes to the Solicitation will be made by way of addendum. Any multiple questions will be answered only once.
e) Pre-Proposal Questions must be emailed to: gary.hundley@richmondgov.com no later than ten (10) calendar days from the Proposal Due Date and Time.
