Reminder! Lots of properties going up for auction TODAY!

Motleys is helping to auction off a whole host of tax delinquent properties for the City of Richmond today.  You can visit their site HERE for more information. If you’re looking for an opportunity for an investment you can often-times pick up these tax sales for cheap.  There’s even online bidding! I believe that house at 3025 Q St. is the Ethel Bailey Furman house. She was Virginia’s first black female architect. I hope whoever purchases it restores it to it’s original grandeur and honors her legacy.

No didn’t get the Venable one. Super cool house though. Excited to see what they do with it. Pumped to see what happens with the Burton St house as well.
