April Fool’s Day comes early.
Newbille is best known for being non-responsive to citizen calls and emails. I guess that’s a major factor in the selection criteria for this award.
How inattentive, unresponsive and otherwise useless were the other candidates that Newbille won? Were the other nominees Shirley Harvey, Gwen Hedgepeth and Michelle Mosby? Our newer neighbors can Google these names to learn about some of RIchmond’s other esteemed leaders. What I would not give to trade Newbille for Ellen Robertson.
BAF – or Reva Trammell. That woman knows her constituents and is out and about all of the time. I don’t always agree with her but she does her job!
