Sub Rosato returns this Saturday

The brainchild of Virginia Samsel and Chloe Rhote, Sub Rosato has been popping up at Sub Rosa Bakery every other weekend from 5 to 11 p.m. since May.

A curated list of eight wines by the glass, generally two sparkling, two whites, two reds and two Roses is accompanied by light bites, such as meat and cheese plates, pizzas and snack type offerings like buttery goat cheese tarts. At the next one, food will be available from upcoming Church Hill spot Soul ‘n Vinegar.
