Drove by the other day and noticed the brick duplex across the street was under renovation. Finally. Hoping this works out for her with a manageable business plan. Tons of housing stabilization needed in the immediate surrounding blocks.

I hope she doesn’t have an issue obtaining an ABC license being located across from a Muslim religious hall. A long time resident once told me nothing would come of this particular building because they across the street would fight it tooth and nail.
Very happy to have Grace on my street!!
With or without ABC, I’m VERY happy about this addition to the neighborhood.
