I drove through this area yesterday and noticed two things, first on the NW corner of 33rd there’s a storm drain, and that 3208 is missing the base for its porch. Maybe she’s sheltering in there…3208 is on an alley with trash cans that might provide a food source. Good luck, I hope you find her soon.
