Sub Rosa has wine, becomes Sub Rosato for the weekends

Sub Rosa becomes a wine bar on weekends starting this Saturday:

WE ARE GO! Don’t change your plans, but pencil us in. If you’re down for a glass, some snacks, and a conversation or two, Sub Rosato it is!

Pouring a selection of wines a little outside of the everyday experience, Sub Rosato is a tasting focused wine bar serving out of the Sub Rosa Bakery in Church Hill. Think site driven wines, from organic and biodynamic vineyards, minimal intervention practices in cellar highlight the specific character of fruit and location. i.e. Nerello Mascalese rosé from lava surrounded vineyards in Sicily.

Meat, cheese, and salty snacks will be offered to accompany wines.

Sub Rosato will be open every other weekend (Saturday/Sunday) from 5-11pm with May 6th/7th marking our inaugural service.

Living across the street i’ll gladly stop parking in front of my house to make room for this fiesta.

Wasn’t it big huge deal when some other coffee shop wanted to sell alcohol?

Amanda- baked goods AND wine? That would’ve been dangerous for us…

@3 Buzzy’s license was a south of Broad feud thing, we wouldn’t understand. North of Broad, we like our wine and our winos.
