Is work being done to renovate the Wheeler? Those windows are newer than that sign exposed by the exterior veneer/sheathing being removed. Any update on what the future holds for this site?

@Dave @Chris – The property sold on 12/27/2016, is now owned by Blue Whaler LLC http://eservices.ci.richmond.va.us/applications/PropertySearch/Detail.aspx?pin=E0000730010

It is my understanding that the building will be completely renovated, and that the bottom floor will still be commercial space of some kind.
