Hi Daniil, do you know how is the renters market in Church hill and surrounding neighborhoods?
Good job Bryan Traylor and Unlimited Renovations. Way to go!
This is so Amazing UL B&T . I wish someone had the skills and financing to do this in Green Bay theres about 30-60 houses UNDER 85k! in inventory just needing love. They would easy easy sell if they were modern but no one knows where to start or if they could even recup there cost, all the wiring has to be pulled , lead paint , plastered walls.Pipes are corroded, most hae to start with a skelton. Yo guy do great work bringing the historical valueback to RVA!
My buyers are very excited about this house, a wonderful job was done.
As I live almost across the street from this, I am thrilled that someone was able to turn this from an eyesore into a gem.
Thanks for the kind words. Glad to see another house turned into a home.
