This is so Amazing UL B&T . I wish someone had the skills and financing to do this in Green Bay theres about 30-60 houses UNDER 85k! in inventory just needing love. They would easy easy sell if they were modern but no one knows where to start or if they could even recup there cost, all the wiring has to be pulled , lead paint , plastered walls.Pipes are corroded, most hae to start with a skelton. Yo guy do great work bringing the historical valueback to RVA!
