Two new arrivals at Chimborazo Playground

A huge thank you to the members of Tree Stewards and the Les Boulefrogs Petanque club who planted the 2 ten-foot-tall river birches in the tree wells near the central plaza at Chimborazo Playground!

The trees are gifts from the Community Roots Project of the Tree Stewards and made possible through the generosity of the Katherine Dennis fund. Les Boulefrogs will be responsible for watering and generally giving care and attention to the trees – so look forward to the leaves popping out this spring!

Is there any hope of getting rid of the blue and yellow graffiti around the basketball courts? It is SO UGLY and NOT APPROPRIATE for a historical district!!
