Bill, what book did these pages come from? I have seen the exterior one before. It says built about 1910, which is correct… the building permit was issued in 1911.
In 2008 CAR sent a letter to the Department of Historic Resources recommending the nomination of the trolley barn to the National Register of Historic Places and Virginia Landmarks Register as they noted it was an individually significant piece of Richmond’s transportation heritage and an important example of early reinforced concrete construction.

I think I’m going to try to contact CAR about this given the planned Glenwood development.
