This is the first physical manifestation of the redevelopment of Creighton Court.
The new community on 31st Street will be replacement housing for Creighton Court, and will be mixed income, with market rate, work force, and low-income housing. The units would be configured as single-family and multifamily dwellings, with a mix of rental and owner-occupied.

Any idea what’s going to happen with the stuff in that one room?
@1 I would visit the site and talk to the demolition contractor to find out. Just my suggestion. My experience is that if you want something, it’s best to just show up and ask. And take if they say you can.
Is anyone taking pictures/videos of this through all the stages of demolition? And are their pictures of it when it was last in use as a high school before they moved to cool lane? Could be powerful for any East End
