Elderly neighbor needs roof repair, can you help?

From a contact at the city:

[An elderly neighbor] is living on limited income and has a roof that is seriously in need of repair/replacement. She has tried places like Elderhomes, Habitat for Humanity, and others but she receives basically the same response every time – there is up to a five year waiting period. She has attempted to get loans but has not been able to qualify. She is currently under violation and is working through the court system. If you know of anyone who can be of any assistance to her I would be grateful.

I’ve got this woman’s name, address, and phone number if anyone can help or would like to take point on this.

John – email me her info and I’ll get my guys on it. I’m going out of the country in a few hours but I’ll put my roofers in touch with her and we’ll take care of it.

Cool! I don’t know if that’s a current pic, but if someone will mow, I’m happy to rake and bag and trim the bushes back a little after Daniil’s crew does demo.
