An alleged New Jersey gang member was arrested in Richmond Wednesday in connection with the September murder of a teen in Trenton, NJ.
Omar Kennedy, 35, was taken into custody without incident Wednesday morning while standing outside of a cousin’s address in the 1300 Block of Coalter Street.
