Bus Rapid Transit, 25th Street/Nine Mile development at the next MPACT meeting

The next 1st Precinct MPACT Community meeting is tomorrow evening:

Attached is the agenda for the 1st Precinct MPACT meeting scheduled for Wednesday, September 28, 2016 at 6:00 p.m. The meeting will be held at the Eastern District Initiative Building on the corner of North 25th Street and Jefferson Way.

This month we invite you attend a MPACT conversation with special guest speakers, Deputy Chief Administrative Officer, Peter Downey, to update the community on the 25th Street and 9 Mile corridor development and improvements.

We will aslo have our Senior Administrator of Multimodal Transportation, Amy Inman to provide an update to the PULSE, Bus Rapid Transit system along Broad Street. Join us at this meeting to hear from your neighbors, share your ideas, and identify solutions we can implement together to build a better Richmond!

The use of smaller buses may be more efficient for non-peak times, but during rush hour my bus is packed.
