Friends and Neighbors,
We have a very special agenda for our regular quarterly CHC meeting on Monday, October 3 7:00-8:30PM– all 3 candidates for the School Board from our area will be present.
PLEASE MARK YOUR CALENDARS AND PLAN TO ATTEND!
We will meet at the East District Initiative building in their 1st floor conference room (701 N 25th Street at the intersection of 25th St/M St/Jefferson Ave). Parking is available in the large lot on the back side of the building, with access to the lot via entrances on Cedar Street and 24th Street.
We will be sending 3-5 questions to the candidates in advance, and they will each have 15 minutes to answer those questions and respond to your questions that night. They will speak one after the other, not in a panel format, so this will not be a debate. We simply want to hear directly from each candidate.
Following some preliminary matters, including the Sector 111 report from First Precinct, here is the schedule:
