Motley’s will be hosting the 2016 City of Richmond Tax Delinquent Sale on Tuesday, August 23, 2016, at 4:00 PM.
The preliminary list includes 23 properties, eight of which are in the East End. Of the eight, two are from the collection of vacant lots once associated with the Temple of Judah and at least one is a Stacey Martin/Donald Lacey house. Six of the eight properties are vacant lots, at least 4 which have seen a house demolished in the past 10 years.

I like a few of the properties. Especially the lots. Wonder what they will go for and how hard would it be to get a building permit?

Oh, I do hope 1007 N. 33rd gets some love. In addition to it being a mid-century time capsule, it looks like the roof is in decent shape and the structure is sound.
1007 N 33rd St has been renovated and is on the market: https://www.realtor.com/realestateandhomes-detail/1007-N-33rd-St_Richmond_VA_23223_M52784-48315
