We called this in at like 9:30 before going out for breakfast. It was just a huge river flowing down the street. When we walked up to where the water was coming out you could feel how weak the asphalt was and the ground was vibrating. Bummed I didn’t get to see it explode.

Only if they patch the road so poorly that the fittings are visible from the right of way.
