Yoga summer solstice celebration

Shockoe slip yoga summer solstice celebration w/ Michelle Lee
108 sun salutations and live drumming at Libby Hill Park

Saturday, June 18th| 6:00-8:00 P.M. | $20

Celebrate the summer solstice with us as we reach the half way point, and longest daylight of the year. The solstice is a perfect time to reflect on your past and present, reconnect with your intentions, and let go of anything not serving to your authentic self. We will have a brief discussion, intention setting/meditation and flow through the ancient practice of 108 Sun Salutations (Surya Namaskaras). You can do 1, you can do all 108, you could even just sit and breathe while enjoying the energy and sunset view of the city. All levels are welcome.
