I just found a dog on 31st and S and figured it might be helpful to post to chpn. It’s an older looking beagle with a blue collar and a large mass on its stomach. The camera on my phone is broken but I will have my boyfriend take a picture of the dog when he gets home. My phone number is 703-999-7753, if the owner happens to see the post.

If it helps I saw a guy walking an older beagle this morning by Buzzy’s…maybe post a sign near there?
With a beagle, there’s no telling. Little guy could be from Farmville.
