Commercial space for rent in Lava Lofts

Just got an advert for the commercial space for rent in the Lava Lofts building (formerly Urban Farmhouse).

The approximately 1,500 square foot space at 33rd and Marshall streets will “be finished to suit the idea tenant.”

Call (855)969-3331 for more info.

Wasn’t someone on here looking for space for a recording studio at some point in the last couple of months? I can’t remember who it was. Maybe someone else could find out and connect that person to this?

@crd: Recording studio in residential building? Say you’re kidding.

@4 no I wasn’t kidding, it used to be a grocery store/restaurant, not sure what the zoning is or what a studio needs. I truly cannot remember who was looking for that type of space.

Elizabeth Moritz at Seven Hills Studio is the one looking for a studio to begin a nonprofit in memory of her husband. I’ll reach out to her and encourage her to check out. There are some really great things you can do with sound proofing so I don’t think it’s totally inconceivable that this could be a good fit.

We would love a Trader Joes, but not enough foot traffic. A recording studio? We’re open to any an all ideas, the more creative, the better.
