@3 true… I think for anyone who is an investor this is a great opportunity. The porches need rebuilt back to original and like the side bay window. The house looks like it is pretty large and has all of the extras. $150,000 invested and you will have a nice house. Or hold onto it until the neighborhood develops and resell.
